Getting Started & Ordering
How do I place an order with CannaHaus?
Browse our menu, add products (and choose your weight for flower) to your bag, then check out. You'll confirm you're 19+, provide your delivery details, and pay by Interac e-Transfer. Once payment is confirmed we prepare and dispatch your order.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. Creating a free account lets us verify your age, save your delivery address, track your orders and reward you with loyalty points. It only takes a minute at sign-up.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — there's a $30 minimum order for delivery within our Metro Vancouver zones. Spend $75 or more and your delivery fee is waived, and you'll earn more HAUS Rewards points too.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once a driver is en route it can no longer be changed.
Payment
How do I pay for my order?
We accept secure Interac e-Transfer. After checkout you'll see the receiving email, the exact amount, and a unique reference code — include the code in your transfer so we can match it to your order.
Why do I get a unique security code?
Each order receives its own security answer/reference so we can match your e-Transfer to the right order quickly and securely. You'll find it on your confirmation screen, in My Orders, and in your confirmation email.
When is my order prepared?
As soon as your e-Transfer is received and confirmed, your order moves to 'Preparing' and is dispatched for same-day delivery — usually within 1–3 hours.
Is my payment information safe?
Interac e-Transfer is handled entirely through your own bank — we never see or store your banking credentials.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Metro Vancouver: Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley, North Vancouver and Richmond. Enter your postal code at checkout to confirm you're in our service area.
How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery typically arrives within 1–3 hours during our delivery hours (daily, 11am–7pm), depending on your neighbourhood and demand.
What are your same-day cut-off times?
We run several delivery rounds each day, each with its own order cut-off — for example, order by 11:45am for the 12:30–3:00pm round, by 2:45pm for the 3:15–6:00pm round, and by 5:45pm for the 6:15–8:00pm round. Orders placed after the final cut-off are delivered the next day. You'll always see the next available round at checkout.
Is there a delivery fee?
A $20 delivery fee applies per order and is automatically waived on orders over $75. Your exact fee and free-delivery threshold for your area are always shown at checkout.
What if I'm not home?
Our driver will contact you on arrival. Please be reachable by phone and ready to present valid 19+ ID. If we can't reach you, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled.
Age Verification & ID
What are the age requirements?
You must be 19 years or older to browse, order and receive cannabis from CannaHaus. This is verified at sign-up and again on delivery.
Why do I need to upload my ID?
As a licensed-style retailer we're required to confirm you're of legal age. You upload a photo of your government ID (e.g. driver's licence) once — it's stored securely and used only for age verification.
What happens if my ID is rejected?
If your ID can't be verified (blurry, cropped or expired), we'll email you a one-click link to re-upload a clear photo from your account page.
Do I need ID on delivery too?
Yes — please have valid 19+ government ID ready when your driver arrives.
Products & Selection
What products do you carry?
We offer a curated menu of premium flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, edibles, tinctures and concentrates — small-batch and hand-selected.
How do flower weights work?
Flower is sold by weight — commonly 3.5g, 7g, 14g and 28g. Each size has its own price, and sizes that sell out are automatically hidden until restocked.
How should I store my cannabis?
Keep products in a cool, dark, airtight container away from heat and sunlight to preserve freshness, potency and aroma — and always out of reach of children and pets.
What do THC and CBD percentages mean?
THC is the primary psychoactive compound; CBD is non-intoxicating. Each product lists its THC/CBD content so you can choose the experience that's right for you. New to cannabis? Start low and go slow.
Account, Rewards & Privacy
How do HAUS Rewards work?
You earn loyalty points on every completed order, unlocking Green, Gold and Noir tiers with perks. Track your points and tier from your account.
How do I update my address or details?
Visit your Profile page to update your name and delivery address (validated against our delivery zones) or re-upload your ID at any time.
How is my personal information handled?
Your details and ID are stored securely and used only to verify your age and fulfil your orders. We never display customer information publicly.
